Meet Jeanelle. Where science, mindfulness, and experience meet wellbeing

I believe that lasting health begins with feeling empowered to make changes that work for your unique life.

As an Integrative Health Coach, I combine science-based knowledge with a warm, personalized approach to help clients build healthier habits, reduce stress, increase resilience, and create lasting well-being. My goal is to help you feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Wellness is about much more than information. Most people already know they should eat better, move more, or manage stress. The challenge is turning those intentions into sustainable habits. That is where coaching can make all the difference.

Whether you are looking to improve your energy, develop healthier routines, manage stress, support digestive health, or simply feel more balanced, I will meet you where you are with encouragement, compassion, and practical guidance.

I hold a Ph.D. from Cornell University in a nutrition-related field and currently serve as a Health Sciences professor and researcher. My research focuses on the gut microbiome and the many factors that influence health, including nutrition, physical activity, stress, sleep, mindfulness, and meditation. I am also an AFPA Certified Health Coach and a Registered Yoga Teacher with more than 20 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation to people of all ages and backgrounds.

When I am not teaching, researching, or coaching, you can usually find me running trails, hiking, kayaking, horseback riding, or spending time with my daughter. As an ultramarathon runner who has completed multiple 50+ mile races, including a 320-mile run across Iowa in 10 days, I have a deep appreciation for perseverance, resilience, and the power of small steps taken consistently over time.

I would be honored to support you on your journey toward greater health, vitality, and well-being.
